REPAIR & RESIZING

We are pleased to offer complimentary repairs for items purchased from Briati within the initial 30 days of receipt. However, repairs needed beyond this timeframe or those deemed to result from misuse will incur both repair and shipping costs, which will be the responsibility of the customer. Repair pricing varies based on the style and typically starts at $40, excluding shipping fees.For repairs that need international shipping, charges will apply for both outbound and return shipments. While many of our rings are resizable, pricing for this service varies by style and generally starts at $50. Any requested ring resizing and associated shipping expenses will be borne by the customer. Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for items repaired by other jewelers. The warranty of the piece will be considered null and void if another jeweler has performed work on a Briati design.
