Personalized Pieces
Please note that personalized and custom-designed jewelry is considered a final sale. This includes any items that have been engraved, resized, or specially crafted to your specifications. As such, these pieces are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange.

Each returned item is subject to a thorough inspection by our quality assurance team to ensure it meets the standards required for exchange.
Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or do not meet our return criteria will be returned to the client and will not be eligible for exchange.
The value of the exchange will reflect the original purchase price of the item, excluding any shipping or handling fees
